1 General Provisions and Definitions

3 Account Verification and Security

3.1 KYC Verification

Identity verification is mandatory for all members on the tk11 l platform. Before making a withdrawal or conducting transactions above a certain amount, users may be required to submit identity documents or other supporting documents. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• If a withdrawal is made after accepting a bonus without completing the required wagering, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each user may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds are not the same as cash — they become withdrawable only after the specified conditions have been met.
• tk11 l reserves the right to change bonus terms or discontinue a promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback Programme

Regular members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Rates by VIP tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%, Diamond — up to 1.5%. Example: if a Gold-tier member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

When betting on the tk11 l platform, users must follow the rules below:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the relevant game or event is cancelled for a specific reason.
• Exploiting any technical error or misleading odds is strictly prohibited.
• In sports betting, bets will not be accepted after the designated cut-off time before a match begins.
• In live betting, odds can change rapidly; if a bet is submitted late, it may be accepted at the updated odds.

6.2 Casino Gaming
